Temple University Fall 2021 Update

With finals starting and the semester coming to an end, I wanted to give you a quick update on all the work accomplished this semester:

  1. We’ve made big progress on our campaign to save the bees! Over the semester we’ve motivated more than 200 students to sign on to our petition to save the bees, and the administration is taking notice. We’re working with the sustainability office to help Temple become a bee friendly campus hopefully by the end of next semester!
  2. We’re fighting hunger and homelessness in the community! For hunger and homelessness awareness week we collected dozens of food items to help students battling food insecurity over Thanksgiving break.

We’re so excited about all the things we were able to accomplish this semester and are looking forward to hitting the ground running next year! Want to learn more about getting involved? Fill out this interest form.

Our campaigns next semester:

  • We’ll continue working to save the bees!
  • Hunger and homelessness will remain a priority
  • We’ll work to reduce pollution in the North Philadelphia area
